Review all pertinent contracts and documents upon engagement, conduct a complete marketplace analysis and provide various feasibility studies.
Assist in oral and written plan communication, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department, by providing customized employee benefit summaries and brochures a well as conducting on-site employee group meetings and wellness programs.
