 The Fabricated Metal Workers' Compensation Group, Inc. (FMP)
(FMP) Self Insured Workers' Compensation Group was approved by the California Department of Industrial Relations in 2005.
All General Members will need to maintain good loss experience, strong financials, good safety, hiring practices and stable operations.
Rates will be modified by each members own experience modification.
Self-Insurance has traditionally out performs the private, captive and high deductible program alternatives by 20 to 40% Members are no longer at the mercy of the private insurance carriers and their cycles.
